Early Bird Registration: Rs 1050 (Inc Taxes)

The fee covers entry to the event. We also provide you with Hot Breakfast along with a beverage choice including Beer, Timing chip, Goodie bag, Race Bib, a beautiful Finisher's medal, E-certificate and Water/Energy drink during the run and Race T-shirt.

Beer will only be served to participants above the legal age for consuming alcohol

Runners are requested to report 45mins prior to the starting time.

Yes, Timing Chip will be provided to all participants.

The route for the race is an OUT & BACK course. The Starting point as well as Finish point is Chembur Gymkhana, meaning we start and finish at the same place. A detailed map of the route is available here

(Final details of the route are subject to approvals and permissions from the respective Official departments. There may be a change in the Starting point this year, though the route will largely remain the same. The final announcement in this regard will be made at the appropriate time.)

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working days automatically. However, please email us with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and dealt with.

The race kit can be collected only on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th, August 2016, at the Race Expo. It cannot be collected either before or after that (on race day).

Please ensure that you collect your bibs on the dates mentioned above. Bibs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor be distributed on race day, i.e. 7th August 2016.

At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry:

• Printout or Digital Copy of Event Registration:

Once you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation email for the same. Please bring along a printed copy of this email. Alternatively, you can save the email on your smartphone and show it to our representative at the registration counters. Please note that this is applicable only if the registered participant is visiting the registration counters in person.

• Proof of Identity:

Please carry a proof of identity in original, for example, your Aadhar card, Passport, Voter ID card, or PAN card, for verification purposes. Ensure that you collect the original documents from our volunteer before exiting the counter.

In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry:

o A printed copy of the email confirmation
o Photocopy of your (the participant's) proof of identity, for example, your Aadhar card, Voter ID card, Passport, or PAN card.
o A photocopy of his/her proof of identity, for example, his/her Aadhar card, Passport, school/college identity card, Voter ID card, or PAN card. Please note that your entry to this event is not transferable under any circumstances.

The GUN TIME will be considered for the timing (NOT CHIP TIME) for the Top 3 finishers in all age categories.
